Clay Skulls

26 June 2024 (by Scott Bennett (enterprise.class))

I couldn't wait to share the latest update with you all! This week in our Art class, we delved into a super creative project - decorating clay skulls. Remember those fantastic skulls our students made last week? Well, it was time to bring them to life as part of our Day of the Dead Art topic.

The classroom was buzzing with excitement as the students picked up their brushes and got to work. From vibrant floral designs to intricate patterns, each skull was transformed into a unique masterpiece. It was amazing to see their creativity shine through in every brushstroke.

As the day unfolded, I saw not just clay skulls being decorated, but also sparks of imagination and cultural appreciation igniting in our students. It truly was a joy to witness them engage with the Day of the Dead theme in such a meaningful way.

I can't wait to see what other artistic adventures await us in the coming weeks. Until next time!
